  • Also known as Pot Marjoram or Wild Oregano. Native to the Mediterranean and Western Asia.  It has a sweet pine and citrus flavor profile similar to oregano but with a sharper flavor. Marjoram is used for seasoning soups, stews, dressings, sauces, and herbal teas.
